What is the difference between an AI Assistant and an AI Executive™?

YourBrandExposed offers two distinct types of custom builds, each designed for a different role.

AI Assistant / Digital Teammate
An AI Assistant is designed to support day-to-day execution. It helps with communication, follow-up, workflow support, research, content development, organization, and repeatable work that needs to happen consistently.
AI Executive™
An AI Executive is designed to support founders, owners, and senior leaders. It helps with strategic thinking and research, pressure testing ideas, decision support, prioritization, executive communication, scenario analysis, positioning, and leadership clarity.

Both are customized inside your ChatGPT Plus environment. The difference is simple: the AI Assistant supports execution, while the AI Executive supports leadership

How is this different from a chatbot or generic ChatGPT?

Generic AI is broad. A YourBrandExposed build is fully customized to you. We design AI Assistants and AI Executives around your role, your workflow, your priorities, and your decision environment. How customized is the AI engagement?

Every engagement is fully customized to the human and business. We design around your role, your business environment, the type of work you do, your communication patterns, and the level of support you need. We do not use a template approach.

How does the process work?

We follow a structured process that includes AI readiness, discovery, design, build, refinement, and launch. We work with you to understand where your AI can genuinely help the most, what it should support, what it should not do, and how it should fit into the way you already work.

How long does it take to build and launch?

A typical engagement is 3 to 4 weeks, although timing can vary based on scope, complexity, and your availability.

What do you need from me to get started?

You just need to know your work. It’s our job to get the most important materials from you during the Discovery phase.

What kind of information does the AI use?

Your AI Assistant or AI Executive is built using the information relevant to the role it is supporting.
That may include business documents, service information, sales and marketing materials, process information, internal reference materials, product materials, competitive analysis, strategy documents, and other approved knowledge sources. We stay deliberate about data scope, relevance, and boundaries.

How does the AI handle privacy, security, and compliance?

We take a protection-first approach. This is very important. That means being intentional about what information is included, putting guardrails on unnecessary exposure, respecting your operating environment and policies, and establishing practical and ethical boundaries around how the AI is used.

Does the AI Assistant or AI Executive “learn” my style?

It does not “learn” you in a real human sense, but it can be shaped around your style, workflows, and decision patterns over time. Can this work with my CRM, email, or other tools?

Do I need an internal technical team?

No.
You do not need an AI or IT team to work with your AI Assistant or AI Executive. Our process is designed for non-technical professionals who want a practical, well-structured and user-friendly experience.

What does ongoing AI support look like?

Some clients engage us for a focused build and launch. While others want to stay connected to us for ongoing refinement for helpful tips, to continue to talk about new functionality opportunities, new model rollout crossovers, and as their role, priorities, or business environment evolves.

What does a typical engagement cost?

Investment depends on scope, complexity, and level of customization. Our AI engagements range from $5,995 to $24,995 depending on whether the engagement is centered on an AI Assistant, an AI Executive, how complex their AI build is, and how much support and training they want from YourBrandExposed.

How do clients pay?

Clients either pay in-full upfront or use a 50% partial payment to begin / 50% payment upon final delivery structure. Payment via check, wire, or Zelle are accepted. We do not accept cash.

Are you building this inside ChatGPT Plus?

Yes. YourBrandExposed designs and implements the AI Assistant and AI Executive inside your own ChatGPT Plus environment, using a structured setup tailored to your role, workflow, and use case. We also build other types of assistants inside Co-pilot and Perplexity platforms.

What if I am interested in AI but not sure what I need?

That is completely normal. Many clients start there. We help determine where AI can actually help, where it should wait, and what a responsible first move looks like. The goal is not to force a build. The goal is to create clarity, confidence and capability using your AI.
